Tony Sagastizado I, born December 5, 1965 in San Alejo, El Salvador is an El Salvadorian actor who played the role of a mechanic on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of an unnamed mechanic currently employed at Teller-Morrow, Tony appears only in the series' premiere episode, "Pilot", in the series' first season.
Tony Sagastizado I is the youngest of six children. As a result of the civil war in El Salvador, his family exiled to the US and Canada. He arrived in Houston, Texas, in 1984, where he attended Aldine High School. Later on his family decided to move to Vancouver, British Columbia, where Tony got the acting bug. This multi-talented performer has been acting since he was young, but it was Vancouver where he started to act at a very well renown theater company called Vancouver Youth Theatre. Tony co-wrote a play called "Canadian Stories", which toured across Canada, the US, Europe, Japan and Australia. The show was much acclaimed and because of it, and their hard work in the area of multiculturalism, VYT theater received the Minister of State Award for Excellence in the Field of Race Relations which is the highest honor bestowed by the federal Government is this area.
