Simon is the owner of Tahoe on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Michael Potter, Simon is the owner of an establishment where performances are made by various talent including Elvis Presley impersonators. He appears only in the series' premiere episode, "Pilot", in the series' first season.
Normally, Bobby Munson booked shows to earn legitimate money outside of the gun-running for SAMCRO however on one occasion one of Simon's girls accidentally doubled up the booking, resulting in Asian Elvis taking Bobby's slots. Simon felt the 6 busloads of Korean tourists on the way would love the impersonator (and ultimately mean a great deal of business for him), so he told Bobby he'd get him next month.
Ultimately however, Bobby has Half Sack Epps visit the opposing impersonator in his dressing room and deliver a beatdown, resulting in him either backing out of the slots he took up or his injuries prevented him from performing. Bobby ended up taking the gigs for those Korean tourists, it's uncertain how this affected Simon's business.
