Robert Neary, born March 8, 1965 in Long Island, New York, is an American actor who played the role of PSNI Lieutenant on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of a Lieutenant for the Police Service of Northern Ireland, Robert appears only on the episode "Lochán Mór" in the series' third season.
