Oscar "El Oso" Ramos was a member of the Mayans Motorcycle Club, Oakland charter on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Ivo Nandi, Ramos makes his debut in the season seven premiere, "Black Widower". Playing a recurring role throughout the same season, Ramos was last seen in the series' finale episode, "Papa's Goods".

Ramos appeared again on Mayans MC, a spinoff of the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. He was the Presidente of the Mayans Motorcycle Club, Stockton charter and one of the Rey De Los Mayas. He first appeared in the season two premiere, "Xbalanque", playing a recurring role throughout the same and subsequent season, until he meets his demise in the episode "What Comes of Handlin' Snakeskin".

Ramos was convicted of raping a 17 year old girl sometime prior to the events of Season 7, whether or not his club was aware of this is unknown.

He was originally a patched member of the Oakland charter, but was later given his own charter in Stockton by Marcus Alvarez. Later becoming a Mayan King, along with Obispo "Bishop" Losa of the Santo Padre chapter and Canche of the Yuma chapter.

"Xbalanque"[]

Ramos attends a meeting with Santo Padre and Stockton to discuss three heroin overdoses that occurred in a Tuscon state prison. The three prisoners overdosed on heroin that came from the Mayan's Arizona prison pipeline. Canche, Ramos and Obispo "Bishop" Losa agree that it's an internal problem and one of the other Mayan charters used to distribute the heroin must be cutting the drug down to make more profit.

The Mayans head in to a meeting with the Tucson charter. They are accused of stealing and stepping on the drugs. Ezekiel "EZ" Reyes of Santo Padre is called in to recall what the packages looked like when he picked them up. He identifies that the Tucson package has been interfered with. Ticker, one of the Tucson Mayans is accused and tries to grab a gun from his boot. He is quickly restrained and removed from the room. The Tucson president Ibarra apologises to Bishop and says he will deal with Ticker.

"Xaman-Ek"[]

Ramos is present when Angel Reyes and EZ arrive at the Stockton clubhouse on business. The club grab food when they hear a gunshot ring out, they follow the sound and find Medina, a Stockton member dead by gunshots. Ramos is devastated at the loss of his brother and orders the club search the immediate vicinity to track down his killer.

"Camazotz"[]

Santo Padre, Yuma and Stockton link up after the death of Medina to discuss what they do about the corrupt cops, O'Grady and Pollen who are responsible for the killing. Hope, a prostitute that was with the cops recovered a phone left by O'Grady and bought it to the Stockton clubhouse. Bishop plans that Santo Padre will handle the killing as if Stockton take part it will appear too obvious.

They plan to use Hope as bait to lure out O'Grady and then go from there.

Santo Padre are successful in capturing O'Grady and Pollen, they choose to let O'Grady live to use later as a resource. Pollen is fair game however, he is executed by the Stockton Mayans.

The following day the club attend the wake for Medina.

"Kukulkan"[]

A club wide meeting occurs with SAMCRO on tribal land, they are joined by Santo Padre, Stockton, Yuma and Tempe Mayans are present. The charters sit down at the table and Filip "Chibs" Telford, SAMCRO President addresses them. He tells them that a recent port closure means that the Son's IRA contacts have no way to smuggle their guns to them. Chibs admits that he wants to partner with the Mayans to assist SAMCRO in their weapons trade. Chibs also mentions the Vatos Malditos are going to be joining them for the meeting soon and Santo Padre admit they had a recent run-in with the club. they killed a large number of VM during a human trafficking operation shutdown. Allesandro "Domingo" Montez, Road Captain of SAMCRO tells Santo Padre that he knows El Palo, President of the VM and if he is willing to sit at the table then things can be resolved.

The club return to the table once the VM arrive and Chibs attempts to lay out a deal which will allow them to all make out with a lot of money. Tensions are high between the Mayans and the VM but the three kings, Ramos, Canche and Bishop are eventually able to come to an agreement with assistance from Chibs.

"Itzam-Ye"[]

Santo Padre calls a meeting after the VM attacked them after the meeting the previous day; leaving Michael "Riz" Ariza in a critical condition. Bishop, understandably wants revenge for his charter but the other Kings are trying to talk him out of it and look at the bigger picture. Canche says it is ultimately up to his charter but he advises against war.

"Hunahpu"[]

Riz died during the night and Bishop is set on war, Canche and Ramos once again try to dissuade him. Bishop sits at the table with the other Kings, they explain the severity of the ramifications if the VM deal doesn't go through. Other charters are threatening to defect and take the business for themselves. Canche urges Bishop to talk to El Palo to try and figure out a deal. Bishop agrees and he will go with Hank "Tranq" Loza.

Season 3[]

"Pap Struggles with the Death Angel"[]

Santo Padre later ride out to meet other charters. Tensions begin to rise when Bishop is accused of not pulling his weight as Santo Padre is the source of the drugs and the recent losses Santo Padre have been suffering is negatively impacting other charters. They are also responsible for losing the gun deal when they attacked the Vatos Malditos Motorcycle Club. Canche and Ramos demand double the product to make up for their losses but Bishop refuses and questions if the rest of the club can survive without the Santo Padre pipeline before Santo Padre leave.

"What Comes of Handlin' Snakeskin"[]

Ramos is informed by Diaz, the Oakland President that Santo Padre and trying to bring Oakland in on their secret partnership with Tucson. Ramos summons the club and they ride out to the motel where the meet is happening. An all out brawl between Oakland, Stockton, Santo Padre and Tucson breaks out.

Ramos, Dondo and a few other Mayans are eventually cuffed by the police. Ramos taunts Neron "Creeper" Vargas of Santo Padre and Pavia of Tucson as he says the cops have been paid off and they will be killed. Ramos is soon picked up by O'Grady a corrupt cop that Ramos knows, he expects that he will be driven away and then released. He is put in the back of O'Grady's car and the pair leave.

Ramos is driven around for a little bit as O'Grady talks about music. He eventually gets impatient and tells O'Grady to stop the car and let him out. O'Grady agrees and stops the car, Ramos learns forward to ask O'Grady to take off the cuffs before he is shot in the side of the head by EZ.
