Luke Moran is a member of the True IRA on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Kevin Kearns, Luke makes his debut on the episode "Fa Guan" in the series' second season. Playing a recurring role through the series' second and third seasons, Luke is Jimmy O'Phelan's second in command in the United States, and he is glad to follow every order Jimmy gives him. His last known whereabouts was in ATF custody, and he was last seen in the Season 3 episode "Turning and Turning".
