Luis Torres is a member of the Galindo Cartel on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Benito Martinez, Luis makes his debut on the episode "Booster" in the series' fourth season. A member of a Mexican drug cartel, Luis plays a recurring role through the series' fourth and fifth seasons, and was last seen in the Season 5 episode "Darthy".

Luis Torres is former Mexican Special Forces (Grupo Aeromóvil de Fuerzas Especiales del Alto Mando) soldier, who joined Galindo Cartel with his commanding officer Romero Parada and was part of Galindo's secret CIA collaboration deal. In reality he worked with Parada for CIA's National Clandestine Service. He was part of Galindo Cartel's strategic enforcement unit that was led by Parada and he was Parada's right-hand man.

Season 4[]

In the season 4 finale Luis Torres along with Romeo Parada are revealed to be CIA operators and they inform Jax that Clay must remain alive in order for the deal with the True IRA to go down or they will give the go to RICO to crush SAMCRO.
