Kirk Bovill, born in Wayne, Nebraska, is an American actor who played the role of PSNI #1 on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of an officer working for the Police Service of Northern Ireland, or PSNI, Kirk appears only on the episode "Turas" in the series' third season.
