Jack Guzman, born June 21, 1978 in Baranquilla, Colombia, is a Colombian actor who plays the role of Stockton Cop on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of a law enforcement officer working at the San Joaquin County Correctional Facility in Stockton, California, Andre appears only on the episode "Laying Pipe" in the series' fifth season.
