Floyd is the town barber in Charming, California, on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor James Carraway, Floyd makes his debut on the episode "Seeds" in the series' first season. Playing a recurring role through the series' first, second and third seasons, Floyd runs a shop that is a neutral meeting place for law enforcement and SAMCRO members. He is seen many times serving former police Chief Wayne Unser while Unser talks with a SAMCRO member such as Jax, and was last seen on the episode "Out" in the series' fourth season.
Floyd grew up in the small town of Charming, California. He wound up becoming a barber and opened a shop on Charming's Main Street.

Floyd is seen in the barber shop talking with Wayne Unser, when Piney Winston comes in. Piney asks Floyd how long of a wait it will be and he tells him about 15 minutes, but once he sits down everyone leaves, giving him the haircut chair. Floyd tells Piney that everyone will eventually be okay with SAMCRO and that he should just give it some time.
