Jim Lau, born April 11, 1952 in San Francisco, California, is an American actor who played the role of a Chinese Cook on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Playing the role of a Chinese man working at Chinese Mama's restaurant, Jim appears only on the episode "Giving Back" in the series' first season.

Jim Lau was born on April 11, 1952 in San Francisco, California. A character actor who is known for his work on Big Trouble in Little China, The Hangover Part III and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Jim also appeared as one of the Chinese POW musicians in the final M*A*S*H TV series episode, the 3 hour film "Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen". In addition to his M*A*S*H appearance, Jim has also appeared in guest roles on many other popular TV series such as Little House on the Prairie (his TV acting debut), Riptide, House, M.D., Monk, Boston Public, George Lopez, and Diagnosis: Murder. Jim was married to actress Joan Chen from 1985-1990.
