―Carla, to Nero and Gemma[src]

Carla was the half-sister of Nero Padilla on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actress Wanda De Jesus, Carla makes her debut on the episode "Sovereign" in season five, playing a recurring role throughout the same season.

Biography[]

Nero tracked down Carla in San Bernardino and forced her into rehab. It is stated that she was mentally ill and was put on medication to keep her stabilized. She then helped her half-brother launch Diosa International and go legit.

Carla is seen to be unstable, and harbors romantic feelings for Nero despite their blood relation. She alerted the Byz Lats about an escort believed to have ratted to vice and got Diosa shut down. Her actions endangered Jax, which lead to Gemma and Tara beating her up. She grows manically jealous of Nero's relationship with Gemma Teller and attempts to force Nero and Gemma to perform sexually while she watches them at gunpoint. When Nero refuses, demanding she shoot him, Carla shoots herself instead, and Nero divulges the truth about her feelings for him to Gemma. Clay helps dispose of Carla's body.
