Neil was a member of the True IRA on the FX original series Sons of Anarchy. Played by American actor Kevin Fry-Bowers, Neil makes his debut on the episode "The Mad King" in season six. Playing a recurring role throughout the same season, Neil meets his demise in the episode "You Are My Sunshine".

After the death of Galen O'Shay and Clay Morrow, Neil is sent with another IRA member and two members of SAMCRO to check if the weapons for attacking the Lin Triad are ready. Neil checks the weapons, and after doing so is killed by Rane Quinn, whilst the other is killed by Allesandro Montez.
